A lot of y’all want me to be a well-curated, palatable little Black girl who talks about wellness in a way that makes *you* feel good. I couldn’t give you that if I tried. I’m a well-read, unhinged work in progress. My wellness includes lots of mistakes and little concern for opinions that don’t pay me or fill me up.
