Our Commitment to Justice
At HUES Women’s Health Advocacy Institute, we are committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and equitable environment for all individuals.
We believe that diversity, inclusion, equity, and justice enrich our community and enhance our ability to advocate for women’s health effectively.
We are dedicated to promoting equity and justice for all, ensuring that everyone has access to the resources and opportunities they need to thrive, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.
Discrimination, harassment, or any form of unfair treatment will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, actions or behaviors that create a hostile, intimidating, or offensive environment.
We strive to ensure that our programs, services, and activities are accessible and welcoming to everyone. We actively seek to understand and address the unique needs and experiences of diverse women of color, promoting a sense of belonging for all.
We encourage anyone who experiences or witnesses discrimination to report it immediately. All reports will be taken seriously and handled with confidentiality and sensitivity. Appropriate actions will be taken to address and resolve any issues.
We are committed to ongoing education and training to promote awareness and understanding of diversity, inclusion, equity, and justice. We regularly review and update our policies and practices to ensure they reflect our commitment to anti-discrimination.
HUES Women’s Health Advocacy Institute is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment where everyone can thrive. We believe that by embracing diversity, promoting inclusion, ensuring equity, and advocating for justice, we can better serve our community and advance women’s health advocacy.
